Garden of Rooms

Four areas have been designed for this iconic Cape garden. The ‘Garden of Reflection’ features a series of small ponds with linear manipulation of the lawns.
The ‘Parterre Garden’ has been simplified to allow only four large square boxed planting areas, boldly monoplanted.
The ‘Medieval Garden’ is an organic vegetable garden with a central pond and symmetrical beds, connecting with the shady pool garden of Upper Stellenberg.
The ‘Stream Garden’ features old and characterful Phoenix reclinata palms shading a seasonal stream.
